Payment Policy – Kipliing Sale
This policy explains how payments are processed and what methods we accept.

We do not accept: American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, wire transfers, money orders, personal checks, cash, or any cryptocurrency.
All payment method icons shown on our website are exactly those we accept – no misleading logos.
2. Currency and Pricing
All transactions are in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices include applicable taxes (sales tax is collected for California addresses only).
No hidden fees – the total shown at checkout includes product price, any applicable taxes, and free shipping. No surprise charges.
3. Payment Processing
Payment is charged at the time you click the final order button. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment.
4. Security – SSL and PCI Compliance
Our entire website (including every page) is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Look for “https://” and the padlock icon in your browser.
Our payment gateway is PCI DSS Level 1 certified – the highest security standard for payment processing.
We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All card data is tokenized by our payment processor.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined:
- Double-check the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.
- Contact your bank or card issuer – they may have blocked the transaction.
- For PayPal issues, ensure your PayPal account is verified and has sufficient funds.
Your order will not be processed until a valid payment is received.
6. Billing Address Verification
We use Address Verification System (AVS) for credit card transactions. The billing address you provide must exactly match the address on file with your bank. Mismatches will result in a declined transaction.
