Shipping Policy – Kipliing Sale

This policy applies to all orders placed on our website.

1. Where We Ship

We ship exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Any international destination

Orders with shipping addresses outside the contiguous U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.

2. Order Processing Time

Standard processing: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

Orders placed after 6:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak holiday seasons (November–December), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Cost – FREE

Free standard shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required.

No handling fees, fuel surcharges, or hidden fees.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

5. Carriers

We work with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional partners. The specific carrier for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number (where available).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please wait 2 business days (carrier scans can be premature), then contact us.

Damaged packages: Keep all original packaging and take clear photos of the damage. Contact us immediately.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, issue a refund or replacement.
