30-Day Return & Refund Policy – Kipliing Sale

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Free from signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards (unless required by law)
  • Final sale or clearance items – clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page
  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing components

Note: Kipliing Sale does not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

4. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Contact us at info@kipliingsale.com or call +1 (213) 613-1181. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Within 1 business day, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return shipping label (PDF attachment). Print the label.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or suitable shipping box). Place the packing slip or a note with your RA number inside.

Step 4: Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx as indicated on the label).

Step 5: Keep the drop-off receipt until your refund is processed.

5. Return Shipping Cost – FREE

Kipliing Sale provides a free return shipping label for all eligible returns from within the contiguous United States.There is no restocking fee of any kind.

If you choose to return the item using your own carrier without our label, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We strongly recommend using our prepaid label.

6. Refund Processing

  • Return received and inspected: 1–2 business days after delivery to our facility
  • Refund initiated: Within 1 business day after inspection
  • Refund appears on original payment method: 7–10 business days (depends on your bank or PayPal)

Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal account). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange a free return (prepaid label) and issue a full refund or send a replacement (if available)

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from the date we confirmed processing:

  • First, check with your bank or PayPal – processing delays are common.
  • Then contact us with your RA number and we will provide a refund confirmation receipt.
