Ordering and Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to addresses within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required, and there are no hidden fees.

Q: Which regions do you ship to?

A: We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: After your order is processed (typically 1–2 business days), delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (where provided by the carrier) and a link to track your package.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. No other payment methods are accepted.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Please call us immediately at +1 (213) 613-1181. Orders typically begin processing within 2 hours. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Once processed, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Q: What happens if an item is out of stock after I order?

A: If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you within 1 business day and issue a full refund for that item or cancel the entire order per your preference.

Returns and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email our customer service team at info@kipliingsale.com or call +1 (213) 613-1181 with your order number. You will receive a Return Authorization number and a prepaid return shipping label.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: No. Kipliing Sale provides free return shipping within the contiguous United States. There is also no restocking fee.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?

A: Once we receive and approve your returned item (typically within 1–2 business days), we process your refund immediately. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal). Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
